This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT dated March 27, 2015 (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and among Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), Calumet Finance Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Calumet Finance,” and together with the Partnership, the “Issuers”), the guarantors listed on the signature pages hereto (the “Guarantors”), and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Incorporated (“Merrill Lynch”), Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Wells Fargo Securities LLC, Mitsubishi UFI Securities (USA), Inc., Natixis Securities Americas LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc.
