THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of 11th August 2014 by and between Syntel INC, 525 E. Big Beaver, Suite 300, Troy, MI 48083 (“SYNTEL”) and Chris Mason (“EMPLOYEE”). In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained, SYNTEL and EMPLOYEE agree as follows:
