THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made as of August 21, 2014, by and between THE BRYN MAWR TRUST COMPANY, a Pennsylvania commercial bank (the “Buyer”), DONALD W. PARKER (“Parker”), EDWARD F.
