(“WHLR”), Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, L.P. (“Wheeler REIT”), and WHLR Management, LLC (“WHLR Management”). WHLR, Wheeler REIT and WHLR Management are collectively referred to as the “Parties” herein.
