This Depositary Agreement is entered into as of this 30th day of July, 2014, by and among Nuveen Municipal Advantage Fund, Inc. (NYSE: NMA), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the “Company”) and Computershare Inc., a Delaware corporation and its fully owned subsidiary Computershare Trust Company, N.A., a national banking association (in its capacity as Depositary, collectively hereunder, the “Depositary” or individually the “Trust Company” and “Computershare,” respectively).
