This DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of August 14, 2014, is entered into by and among Praesumo Partners, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Praesumo”), Lowell Kraff, an individual (“Lowell”) and Byron Diamond Investments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“BDI”).
