SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of June 25, 2014, among Nabors Industries Ltd., a Bermuda exempted company (“Navy”), and Nabors Red Lion Limited, a Bermuda exempted company (“Red Lion”), on the one hand, and Joshua E.
