CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of June 23, 2014, among ESH HOSPITALITY, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), the several banks and other financial institutions or entities from time to time parties to this Agreement (the “Lenders”), GOLDMAN SACHS BANK USA, CITIGROUP GLOBAL MARKETS INC., DEUTSCHE BANK SECURITIES, INC.
