This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), is dated as of April 2, 2014 (the “Execution Date”), by and between Equity One, Inc. (the “Company”), a Maryland corporation, and David Lukes (“Executive”). This Agreement shall be effective as of May 30, 2014 or such earlier date as may be mutually agreed upon by the Company and Executive for the commencement of Executive’s employment hereunder (the “Effective Date”).
