This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT dated March 31, 2014 (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and among Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), Calumet Finance Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Calumet Finance,” and together with the Partnership, the “Issuers”), the guarantors listed on the signature pages hereto (the “Guarantors”), and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Incorporated (“Merrill Lynch”), Barclays Capital Inc., RBC Capital Markets, LLC, J.P.
