THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 21st day of January, 2014 by and between Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Gregory P. Madison (“Executive”), to be effective as of the Effective Date, as defined in Section 1.
