This SEVENTH MASTER MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 30, 2014, by and among Inland American Real Estate Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation, in its own capacity and in its capacity as parent company for the owners of the various properties (the “Owner”), and Inland American Industrial Management LLC, Inland American Office Management LLC and Inland American Retail Management LLC, each a Delaware limited liability company (collectively, the “Managers”).
