THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement’) is made as of this 3rd day of February 2012, by and between iShares MSCI Russia Capped Index Fund, Inc. (the “Company”), a Maryland corporation, on behalf of its series listed on Schedule A hereto (each a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), and BLACKROCK INVESTMENTS, LLC. (the “Distributor”), a Delaware limited liability corporation.
