THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated June 18, 2013, is entered into by and among COLE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), COLE REIT III OPERATING PARTNERSHIP, LP (the “Partnership”) and Jeffrey C.
