As an inducement material to the decision by the individual listed below (the “Optionee”) to accept employment with Skullcandy, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and pursuant to that certain offer letter entered into by and between the Optionee and the Company, effective as of March 18, 2013 (the “Offer Agreement”), the Company hereby grants to Optionee a nonqualified option to purchase the number of shares of the common stock of the Company (“Common Stock”), set forth below (the “Option”).
