THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of May 3, 2013, among CALPINE CONSTRUCTION FINANCE COMPANY, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Borrower”), GOLDMAN SACHS LENDING PARTNERS, LLC, as administrative agent (in such capacity and including any successors in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”) and as collateral agent (in such capacity and including any successors in such capacity, the “Collateral Agent” and together with the Administrative Agent, the “Agents”), CoBank, ACB, ING Capital, LLC, Royal Bank of Canada and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, as co-documentation agents (collectively, the “Documentation Agents”), CoBank, ACB, ING Capital, LLC, Royal Bank of Canada and RBS Securities Inc.
