AGREEMENT made as of the 25th day of March, 2013, between MANAGERS INVESTMENT GROUP LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the state of Delaware and having its principal place of business in Norwalk, Connecticut (the “Adviser”) and GANNETT WELSH& KOTLER, LLC (“GW&K”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Massachusetts and having its principal place of business at 222 Berkeley Street, 15th floor, Boston, Massachusetts, 02116 (the “Subadvisor”).
