THIS SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Contract”) is made among GUIDESTONE FUNDS, a Delaware business trust (“Trust”), and GUIDESTONE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT (“Adviser”), a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, and , a registered investment advisor organized under the laws of the State of (“Sub-Adviser”).

This Transfer Agency And Shareholder Services Agreement is made as of December 14, 2012 (“Execution Date”) by and between BNY Mellon Investment Servicing (US) Inc., a Massachusetts business corporation (“BNYM”), and GuideStone Funds, a Delaware business trust (the “Trust”) and each Portfolio of the Trust listed on Schedule B. Capitalized terms, and certain noncapitalized terms, not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in Schedule A (Schedule A also contains an index of defined terms providing the location of all defined terms). The term “Agreement” shall mean this Transfer Agency And Shareholder Services Agreement as constituted on the Effective Date, and thereafter as it may be amended from time to time as provided for herein. All references to “Schedule B” herein mean Schedule B attached hereto as constituted on the Effective Date, and thereafter as it may be amended from time to time pursuant to any provision of Section 16.

THIS AGREEMENT is made as of December 14, 2012 by and between BNY MELLON INVESTMENT SERVICING (US) INC., a Massachusetts corporation (the “Administrator”), and GUIDESTONE FUNDS a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in Exhibit C.

WHEREAS, pursuant to an Underwriting Agreement by and between the Distributor and GuideStone Funds (the “Trust”) dated as of April 1, 2012, as amended from time to time (the “Underwriting Agreement”), the Distributor acts as the principal underwriter and distributor of shares of certain series (the “Funds”) of the Trust, as listed in Exhibit A to the Underwriting Agreement; and
