(“Italian Opco”) as borrowers (the “Borrowers”) and Avis Budget Car Rental, LLC (the “Parent”), Avis Budget EMEA Limited (“Avis Europe”), Avis Alquile un Coche S.A. (“Spanish Opco”) and Avis Budget Autovermietung GmbH & Co.
