This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the Effective Date (as defined below), among TMS International Corp., a Delaware corporation (“TMS International”), Tube City IMS Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Company”) and Leon Z.
