THIS SUBLEASE TERMINATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of December 31, 2012, between HYATT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Sublandlord”), and H GROUP HOLDING, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Subtenant”), with reference to the following:
Definitions: Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in this letter agreement have the meanings given such terms in the Original Agreement. This letter agreement may be signed in counterparts, each of which shall be an original, with the same effect as if the signatures thereto and hereto were upon the same instrument. Please retain the other copy for your records.
