This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated December 4, 2012, (the “Effective Date”) is by and between Cedar Fair, L.P., a publicly traded Delaware limited partnership, Cedar Fair Management, Inc., an Ohio Corporation (“Cedar Fair Management”), Magnum Management Corporation, an Ohio corporation (“Magnum”), and Kelley Semmelroth (the “Executive”).
