This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on November 21, 2012 to be effective as of December 1, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between OLYMPIC STEEL, INC., an Ohio corporation (the “Company”), and MICHAEL D. SIEGAL (“Executive”).
