This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of October 10, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Hamilton Bank, a federally-chartered savings bank (the “Bank”) and Robert A. DeAlmeida (“Executive”). Any reference to the “Company” shall mean Hamilton Bancorp, Inc., the stock holding company of the Bank.

Hershner (“Executive”). Any reference to the “Company” shall mean Hamilton Bancorp, Inc., the stock holding company of the Bank.
