This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 15, 2012 (“Effective Date”), by and between Gregg Appliances, Inc. (“Company”), and Douglas T. Moore (“Executive”). Executive desires to be employed or to continue to be employed by the Company. The Company desires to employ or to continue to employ Executive provided it is afforded the protections of this Agreement. In consideration of the foregoing, the Company’s employment of Executive, and the promises and covenants contained in this Agreement, the Company and Executive agree as follows:
