AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of March 25, 2011, as amended and restated as of September 30, 2011, among LKQ CORPORATION, LKQ DELAWARE LLP, the SUBSIDIARY BORROWERS from time to time party hereto, the LENDERS from time to time party hereto, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as Administrative Agent, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Syndication Agent and RBS CITIZENS, N.A. and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Co-Documentation Agents.
