INCREASE JOINDER AGREEMENT, dated as of December 7, 2011 (this “Agreement”), by and among NOVELIS INC. (the “Borrower”), AV METALS INC. (“Holdings”), the Subsidiary Guarantors (as defined in the Credit Agreement referred to below), NOVELIS ITALIA S.P.A., and NOVELIS FOIL FRANCE S.A.S.
