This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective this January 26, 2012, by and between Learning Tree International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and Max Shevitz (hereinafter referred to as “Employee”) and the parties hereto desire to enter into this Agreement to set forth the terms and conditions of such employment effective January 26, 2012.
