AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of December 16, 2011 (this “Amendment”), to that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of October 14, 2011 (as amended, modified, restated or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms, the “Credit Agreement”), among United Rentals, Inc. (“Holdings”), United Rentals (North America), Inc.
