THIS AGREEMENT is executed as of , 2011, effective as of the 1st day of August, 2011, by and between ANCHORBANK FSB, a federally-chartered depository financial institution having its principal office in Madison, Wisconsin (hereinafter referred to as “AnchorBank”, “Bank” or “Employer”), and MARTHA M. THIS AGREEMENT made the lst day of January, 2011, by and between ANCHORBANK FSB, a depository financial institution chartered under the laws of Wisconsin, with its principal office in Madison, Wisconsin (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and Donald Bertucci, Executive Vice President – Retail Lending Group have returned a signed copy of this Agreement evidencing their acceptance of the terms and conditions provided herein (hereinafter referred to as the “Executive Vice President” or “Employee”).
