This WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of October 6, 2003 (“Effective Date”), between Sprint Spectrum L.P., a Delaware limited partnership doing business as Sprint PCS (“Sprint”) and Idetic, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Service Provider”).
