This AMENDED AND RESTATED MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of this 1st day of July, 2008 (as amended, effective September 28, 2011, to add a new series of the Trust as designated in Appendix A annexed hereto), by and between PIONEER SERIES TRUST IV (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and Pioneer Investment Management, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Manager”).
