THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of December 16, 2010 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Solazyme, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Solazyme”) and Solazyme Roquette Nutritionals, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”).
