This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 28th day of March 2011, between Home Bank (the “Bank” or the “Employer”), a federally chartered savings bank which is the wholly owned subsidiary of Home Bancorp, Inc. (the “Corporation”), and John W. Bordelon (the “Executive”).

This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 28th day of March 2011, between Home Bancorp, Inc. (the “Corporation” or the “Employer”), a Louisiana corporation which is the parent holding company of Home Bank (the “Corporation”), and John W. Bordelon (the “Executive”).
