THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made as of this 22nd day of March, 2011 by and between THE PROVIDENCE SERVICE CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, with its corporate headquarters located at 64 East Broadway Blvd., Tucson, AZ, 85701 its successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Company”), and FRED D. FURMAN an individual residing at 3858 Modena Place, San Diego, California 92130 (“Employee”).
