This Sponsorship Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective January 1, 2011 by and between Stallings Capital Group Consultants, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership dba Bob Stallings Racing (“Racing”), and GAINSCO, INC., a Texas corporation (the “Sponsor”).
