This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”), entered into on November 16, 2010, with employment effective as of the Effective Date (as defined below), is made by and between John Roush (the “Executive”) and GSI Group Inc., a company organized under the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada (together with any of its subsidiaries and Affiliates as may employ the Executive from time to time, and any successor(s) thereto, the “Company”).
