This Agreement for Professional Services (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of September 17, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Primus Telecommunications Group, Incorporated, a Delaware corporation with offices at 7901 Jones Branch Drive, Suite 900, McLean, VA 22102 (hereinafter individually referred to as the “Company”) and Thomas R.
