THIS TECHNOLOGY LICENSE, DEVELOPMENT, RESEARCH AND COLLABORATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 21, 2010 (the “Effective Date”) by and between AMYRIS, INC., a Delaware corporation having an office at 5885 Hollis Street, Emeryville, California 94608, United States of America (“AMYRIS”), and TOTAL GAS & POWER USA BIOTECH, INC., a corporation organized under the laws of Delaware having offices at 1201 Louisiana, Suite 1600, Houston, Texas 77002, United States of America (“TOTAL”).
