CONSENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Consent”) dated as of April 30, 2010, among NightHawk Radiology Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the Lenders party hereto and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as Administrative Agent.
