THIS JOINDER AGREEMENT, dated as of August 2, 2010 (this “Agreement”), by and among each lender signatory hereto (each a “New Term Lender” and collectively the “New Term Lenders”), NTELOS Inc., a Virginia corporation (“Borrower”), the Subsidiary Guarantors, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
