---------- /1/ On January 11, 2010, the Board of Trustees of Wells Fargo Variable Trust approved the name change of the VT Asset Allocation Fund to the VT Index Asset Allocation Fund, effective May 1, 2010. In addition, the existing unnamed variable fund class will be renamed Class 2, effective July 16, 2010.
