THIS EMPLOYMENT, CONFIDENTIALITY, SEVERANCE AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 9, 2009 by and between Thomas T. Riley (the “Executive”) and SAVVIS, INC., a Delaware corporation, and all its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Company”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in Section 7 of this Agreement.

The terms and conditions of the grant are set forth in this Agreement and in the SAVVIS, Inc. 2003 Amended and Restated Incentive Compensation Plan (the “Plan”).

This AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is entered into as of December 23, 2009 by and among SAVVIS Communications Corporation, a Missouri corporation (“Borrower”), SAVVIS, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Holdings”), Wells Fargo Foothill, LLC, as a Lender and as Agent for all Lenders (“Agent”) and the other Lenders party to the Credit Agreement (as hereinafter defined).
