THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 21, 2009 among (1) DMLP, LTD., a Bahamas international business company (“DMLP”), (2) PETROLEUM EXPLORATION MEDITERRANEAN INTERNATIONAL PTY. LTD.
