SECURITY AGREEMENT, dated as of December [__], 2009, by LOJACK CORPORATION, a Massachusetts corporation (“LoJack”) and each of the other entities listed on the signature pages hereof or that becomes a party hereto pursuant to Section 7.6 (together with LoJack, the “Grantors”), in favor of RBS Citizens, N.A.
