This Amendment Agreement No. 3, effective as of January 1, 2009 is between the Institute of Experimental Botany, v. v. i., Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, having offices at Rozvojova 263, 165 02 Praha 6, Czech Republic (“INSTITUTE”) on one side, and Senetek PLC, having offices at 831A Latour Court, Napa, CA 94558, USA (“SENETEK”) on the other side.
