SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of , 2009, by and among Primus Telecommunications IHC, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Issuer”), the Guarantors (as defined in the Indenture referred to below) and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, as Trustee under the Indenture referred to below (the “Trustee”).
