Retirement Savings Plan (the “Plan”) for the benefit of eligible employees of the Corporation’s subsidiary PFPC Inc. and certain other participating employers. The Plan is established effective July 1, 2004 and is formed by the transfer of assets from The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. Incentive Savings Plan.
