THIS SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 1, 2009 and effective as of October 10, 2008 (the “Effective Date”), between Misys plc, a public limited company incorporated under the laws of England (“Misys”), and Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation formerly named Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc.
