THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED AIRCRAFT TIME-SHARING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 24, 2008 between Unum Group, a Delaware corporation (the “Operator”) and Thomas R. Watjen, a resident of the State of Tennessee (the “User”). This Agreement amends and restates that certain Aircraft Time-Sharing Agreement dated as of December 4, 2007 between Operator and User.
